At PAKA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable alpaca apparel. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a similar reusable mailer.
Attach Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
